Shipping policy

DT SOFT SYSTEM sells software licenses. Our products are delivered electronically and nothing is shipped physically.

How delivery works

• License details and download or activation instructions are sent to the email address provided with your order.
• Delivery begins after payment is confirmed. Card payments are usually confirmed immediately. Orders paid by bank transfer or purchase order are delivered once the payment has been received and confirmed.
• Some products are activated through the software publisher's own portal, and you may receive instructions from the publisher as well.

If you have not received your license

Please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@dtsoftsystem.com or +1 646 232 2780 (Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time) with your order number.

Education licenses

Education orders are delivered after we have reviewed proof of eligibility.
